So what does “Player supported competitive PVE” mean?

PVE

PVE stands for Player Vs Environment, for example, it is, in a video game, when you play against the game itself and not the other players. As opposed to PVP, when you play mostly against other players.

Player supported

For a brief moment during each of our games, you will have the opportunity to be on the other side of the mirror. You will get to play monsters, refugees, guards, bards, nobles, etc. with some guidance from our team of course. Allowing you and all the other players to experience a world way more lived in than most other LARPs, with many more colorful npcs and hordes of monsters to fight off. This will allow you to try out new roles and to get out of your comfort zone for a little!

Competitive

Even though the greater villains of our world are NPCs, there will be many opportunities to outclass your rivals, sabotage enemy players, form brittle alliances or get the lion's share of the loot. We are aiming to create an event where players will have to walk the very fine line between needing others to survive and backstabbing others to thrive.

We took strong inspirations from 2 very successful LARPs and how they handle PVE. First Empire Larp in the UK, where they have 1000+players fighting orcs NPCs. The second one is Twin Mask in California, where your character has to go patrol for 4 hours once per game, during which you get to work with the organizers to play NPCs or monsters.

We are excited to try these news things with you all and hope you are as hype as we are!

Keep an eye out for so many more things coming soon!
